Was back in my favorite city for a wedding and I have to say, I never feel like I have enough time in New York. It rained the entire time but we didn't even mind — we stayed at the Bowery, had delicious food, Carmela had a blast. Here's everything I wore. I'm still trying to get the hang of "packing light" and was impressed with myself for actually wearing everything I stuffed into my suitcase.

Wearing the LPA Yvanna dress which is currently on preorder. Also available in a corset top if you love the print but want something more casual you can wear to a Friday night dinner. I added with sheer black tights and these Amina Muaddi heels. A splurge for sure but this pair from Tony Bianco are similar and this Schutz pair has more sparkle.

OBSESSED with the Franca tie-front blazer top from LPA. You can wear it with a tank underneath if that's your preference but I love showing a little skin. I planned on wearing it with the matching low-rise trousers and realized I forgot to pack them, so threw on these grlfrnd jeans instead.

Literally one of the comfiest outfits I've ever worn. The Milas maxi skirt and off-shoulder Elvi top. Both are nearly OOS but the Shai knit sweater and matching skirt have a similar fabric, just a touch thicker for winter weather. I wore these Khaite boots all last fall/winter and plan on doing that this year too, though I do need a shorter black boot that fits easier under jeans.

THIS HELSA COAT. So so good and it comes with a detachable scarf which I left back at the hotel since it was humid and I didn't need it. The best part about a statement coat is you can wear the most basic clothing underneath and look so put-together. A baseball cap to hide greasy hair for good measure. Wearing the Khaite boots here too.

Okay so as for what was underneath that gorgeous Helsa coat. The perfect basic black henley from Doen with my polka dot Fleur du Mal bra showing through of course. Grlfrnd jeans and a belt from The Row — this Madewell one is a great alternative if you want the same looks but don't wear belts a ton.

Okayyy for the look on the left. LPA Alanis blazer for a chic layer that can be be styled to be polished or more grunge chic. Tomboy jeans from Grlfrnd which are now on sale FYI. Topped off with this furry burgundy Bottega Veneta bag which is OOS but you can find a secondhand one here, and then if you hate the fur but love the color/shape, this Khaite bag is gorgeous.

And then for the look on the right: Grey pants and white tank are from Enza Costa and the grey sweater is a Toteme. And can you tell that I'm obsessed with this polka dot Fleur du Mal bra? Not sure if it's obvious enough.

And then for the final packing item – my supplements. Have a more detailed post about my favorite travel supplements but my essentials are Perelel conception support, travel-sized magnesi-om from Moon Juice to keep me calm through plane delays, and a supergut fiber mix for you know what.
